When will my pieces be ready for pick up?
They will be ready exactly 7 days after painting or drop off, and we can hold onto your finished pieces for 30 days after your pick up date. *You can also pay a $5/per piece rush fee to get your items back in 4 days.
Do you call me when my piece is ready for pick up?
No, we do not call. It is always exactly 7 days for your piece to be ready. We only call if there are any issues with your pottery.
Do I need my receipt for pick up?
Please try to bring your receipt back for pick up. However, if you do not have it we can easily look up your name and phone number to find your receipt.
Are you open on holidays?
We are open every day of the year except Christmas day and Thanksgiving. Please call the store for any other special Holiday hours.
Do I need a reservation?
We only take reservations for groups of 6 -12 painters during our regular hours. (no same-day reservations) Please see our Parties and Events page for more information.
Can I bring my dog to Paint the Town?
Yes! Well behaved canines are always welcome!
Are my pieces food safe once fired?
Yes! All dinnerware items are safe for food/drink.
Can my pieces go in the dishwasher/microwave?
No, we do NOT recommend putting your items in the dishwasher or the microwave. Our pottery is earthenware, which makes the glaze susceptible to "crackling" if put in the microwave or dishwasher. Bacteria can then get in those "crackles", making the piece non food-safe.
